According to the official Japanese website, the new Robot Masters are Oil Man and Time Man. First, pictures of their stages:

Oil Man's stage:

An oil refinary is where things take place. Kind of like Flame Man's stage in Mega Man 6.

Time Man's stage:

Apparently you'll be running around inside a clock tower, dodging pendulums and crap.

As for the Robot Masters themselves...

Be at least thankful for the English translations of their names.

Actually, these may be the most inspired characters since the original Mega Man X.

And offensive? Offensively hilarious, you mean! A robot in Blackface? I just pray he screams "MAMMY! MAMMY!" while fighting him, because that would be the greatest thing ever.

Yeah but I could make that. And with the original NES graphics too. And no, it'll have nothing to do with a rom of any kind.
