Wesker is very alive. He was almost dead after the Spence incident, but its assumed he contracted a strain of the T-Virus afterwards, he then went to Rofort (Cove Veronica) then its kind of assumed he escapes at the end. He needs to be in 5 if he isn't I'll cry
