I'm not sure what transcripts you've been looking at (or if you're just suffering from verbal diarrhea) but their averages were off eachother by a single point.
Not that I really want to defend Kerry.
Oh, and Bush is a bumbling putz with absolutely no oratory skills whatsoever and there's very
