Most such incidences probably come from having their beliefs encroached upon, for example, Madalyn Murray O'Hair's lawsuit against the teacher-led prayers in school for her atheist son, or perhaps Kansas's trying to get Intelligent Design taught in biology class, despite having little in common with actual scientific theory.
