Not sure if they would say Iraq has a chance of winning, not alone certainly, but I believe they are making a case for the war lasting longer than the US had anticipated. Bush needs a swift victory, and I believe he was betting on similar results as '96, which isn't going to happen. Saddam has learned, while we have not.

If we fail to win this before elections, I'm hoping that will be enough to see the Republicans nominating someone else as their representative. Neither Lieberman nor Gore strike me as president material.
