to match that smaller pic (hereafter referred to as your 'layout') , i need to do a rotate, a crop, and then a resize on the larger image (hereafter referred to as your 'original').
the problem is, your layout has a 2:1 aspect ratio, so your final image can be 400x200, 200x100, or or i could resize the layout to 400x100 and make everyone look twice as wide, which would look like shit. so I'd elect to just throw out the layout altogether, bring in Mr. Pink, and give you a final that's 400x100
also, be sure to rehost that in case photobucket were to suddenly decide to enforce copyrights and delete my account.
