Once a day if I'm single, I find it's a good way to start the day - wakes me up and I can rise from my slumber with a happy feeling. Sometimes I might have a few extra if there's time, usually at the weekend.

Of course if I'm at my bloke's house, I'll just have sex before work, does the trick even better.
