When i worked at the bowling alley it was tough because within 3 months of working there i was the second oldest employee. I bascially ran the place and had to deal with customers and all the little internal drama between the co-workers. I had to train the newbies and keep the place together. I was technicly a manager because the management we had was a bunch of drunks who could give a flying fuck about the customer. I worked there for a year and 7 months...
and never got a raise
P.S. I got a friend of mine a job at this alley. He did nothing and within two months he was making more than me.
