Chris Penn was the last actor to get beaten up by Starsky! It's a cut cameo scene from the 2004 Starsky & Hutch comedy remake. Penn played the mouthy Officer Manetti. He's the uniform cop on the right who says "Don't you two ladies..." You can see the video clip here.
