I think the more politicans who say over and over that W. broke the law, the better. I accept that Presidents will ALWAYS try to find ways around the law, but a puboic declaration that they don't need to obey the law cannot be allowed to stand.

And if this doesn't make the Republican party realize that W is not really a Republican, I don't know what will. I think the administration views the party as less a foe than the Democrats, but a foe none the less. They do not except congress as a co-equal branch, but see them as a kings court. Any congressman in either party who does not actively enjoy putting teir balls (I'm talkin' to you, Hillary) on a chaffing dish needs to stand up and fight this.
