There's nothing much you can do, because there's just idiots out there who name and rename their files completely wrongly. Before you download a file, hover your mouse cursor over it so you get the info on it. Check the file description, the keywords, the filename, the title. Usually the file name is what really gives it away. For instance, if the file's description is "Inspector Gadget a delightful cartoon is raped in this movie starring Matthew Broderick" and the file's name is "women_pleases_horse.mpeg", don't start humming the Inspector Gadget theme just yet.
