Spectre, that's not why this thread is hysterical. That picture could be from Geggy's backyard for all you know.
Secondly, what's the point? we know that there was a serious lack of preparation for this storm, and the blame goes all around. My guess is that this photo comparison means Bush did it.
The FBI is currently investigating the contractors whose job it was to monitor and maintain the soil under and around the levees, which I thik provd to be the ultimate problem (or at least that's what the Army Corp. of Engineers appear to be saying). This wasn't just a federal failure, but a comprehensive failure from the White House on down to the city dog catcher. It was bi-partisan incompetence.
