Just because you're skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. If that were the case the olympics would be filled with annorexics and bulemics, and instead of throwing javelins they'd be throwing their breakfast of methamphetmines and watermelon.
Conversly, being fat doesn't necessarily mean you are unhealthy.
