my credit is actually pretty good. that's why this sucks so bad. luckily i was smart when i got my last credit card and pay a little extra to not have them report late payments to the credit bureaus. we weren't able to pay on that one on time this month cause of this shit, so at least that won't be reported.

we're back in the black, finally. all of our money isn't restored, but the hotel is sending us a check on monday to cover their portion of the overdraft fees. i politely asked if they thought about sending any other compensation our way considering they fucked us royally this week and they politely replied no.

so i called a lawyer.
