I recommend getting a loan because you may end up burnt out and unwilling to even keep going to school. That's what happened to me. I tried to work 40 hours and take 13 or 14 credits and ended up dropping out because I couldn't handle it anymore.
But then again, not everyone is as lazy and unmotivated as me. Go with a loan.
