Realistically, before trying to stop, consider this: Is it disrupting your ability to complete normal daily activities? Is it distressing to you? Do you choose uh, "self love" over social situations when you have the choice? Do you mentally obsess over it when you're not doing it?
If none of these symptoms are present or problematic, then you're fine and normal, no matter how ofter you uh, "spend quality time/ with yourself". so don't obsess over it.
If these symptoms do exist, consider seeing a therapist who can help you understand why you do it and help you manage it. Or consider going to a sexual compulsives 12-step meeting. And watch out for signs that the addiction is just tranfering to another behavior.
