Eye Tai, sounds to me like your local illegal population are just following local norms. They all want to be ill behaved frat boys so tey might someday be president.
Seriously, throwing rocks is bad Juju. But refusing to work, eating cheese and yelling "Viva Mexico" sounds pretty good to me. In fact, that's my plan for the remainder of the day. I just gotta get me some cheese.
