At home in Oymyakon we have a food that is made from the intestines of camel or yak (pretty much interchangeable). It's served on little dried bliny crackers. Last time I went there we were calling it yakkers mccrackers but that didn't do much to cover up the horrific smell.
So yeah...that is my top choice, followed closely by mustard.
