Thankfully, outlook managed to show the contents of the message, though webmail couldn't earlier at lunch. No doubt it was written in secret internet disappearing ink to throw off would-be spies.
Updated the conversation history in the first post. I am a CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL when I am not in the trenches banning newbs haha am i right
