You're overthinking it.
1. Sedative in donuts.
2. Get FBI suit and video tape from unconcious agents in van.
3. Sedate wife as she leaves pool, get microfilm, stow her in sauna.
4. Garrote husband when he's alone in his room upstairs.
5. Leave.
