"US..use nukes on anyone as they please "

When was the last time anyone killed anyone with a nuclear device. ARENT THERE ONLY TWO INSTANCES IN HISTORY OF ANY NATION USING NUCLEAR WEAPONS AGAINST ANOTHER? Yes, it was the US but it's not like they have continued to do so afterwards, it happened over 60 years ago.
The US is one of the people who got behind not using nuclear technology, isn't that correct? And that is DESPITE being the only people back in the day who even had nuclear weapons. Really, if they did it as they please they could've done alot more damage when the rest of the world was trying to catch up to our nuclear technology.
