Does anybody watch Attack of the Show?

Well, I have the clip and it's in Real Media format. Eugh. I can't seem to find a good way to get it converted to WMV. The converters that supposedly do it, either don't work, put a big annoying watermark on the video, or require you to pay a $30+ registration fee.

I'd upload the RM file but it's the entire episode and not just the rainbowpuke segment. I need to get it converted to wmv format so I can remove all the other stuff and just put up the clip from the show about rainbowpuke.
