Also, my efficency is low because I just started really PLAYING.
And, I spend all my money on infrastructure and Tech., not improvements.
Update: I called peace with Pub Lover,
and have decided that war isn't worth everybody getting pissed off and REVENGING me.
So, I am no longer the Cyber-Nations Super Villain.
