Getting rid of the caption would be easy. I've done more difficult photoshop things :/
I'm sure nobody cares, but I have this really cool picture of my grandpa on a motorcycle, but the top of his head got cut off by whoever took the picture. I used photoshop to add another two inches to the top and nobody could tell it was photoshopped.
