I just started watching this today and although its quite formulaic (specifically the Lost formula) it's really keeping me on the edge of my seat.

ADDED:

Heh, having seen the first 5 episodes I have decided this show isn't just 'quite formulaic', it's 'painfully formulaic'. I mean common, how can you keep a straght face ending two consecutive episodes in exactly the same way; "..and I have a message for you...".
