dude just make the drummer live in the living room with is drum kit and then he will be practicing all day instead of masturbating in the privacy of closed doors
so the new guy will come in and pay rent
the drummer will be practicing all day
and then your band will hit it big and u wont have to pay rent anymore except on ur jet skis which u will be riding in the tropics
(but only if u dont want to buy them)
