Wow, from 5.25 to 7.50? That's a bit ridiculous I didn't mean a difference on the people who are actually holding the jobs, though, i meant a difference on the economy.
So what is the federal minimum wage at right now if people can be paid 5.25 an hour? I th ought it was 6.25?

1 % of a population of a 300 million people is still 3 million people which is alot of people(of course the amount of people actually working is probably less than 300 million :O).

I didn't know union wages were based on the minimum wage. That's kind of dumb.
