Messy medium length hair, a short beard, dark shades, and a black trenchcoat. That's basically all there is to the "Postal Dude". It doesn't have to be an exact replica of him by any means, the weapon you create and seeing it used on the victim is what you're being judged on really.
If someone wants to take a screenshot of him from the game and post it in here, that'd be great.
