I'm pretty sure there's something written in the dirt in the hills before the hand appears. The hills in the background. I can't make out what it says, but it looks like there's something written into them in the dirt.

Whether the album turns out to be good or not, this is an awesome concept and I'm loving every bit of it so far. Notice the static at the end of each audio clip that's been released? Sounds like morse code.

there is exactly one frame in that video (which is fun) where, as it fucks up, "/0024" shows up. put that in on the year zero site and we're lead to a picture titled "yearzero_cover.jpg"

for a ton of info thats too much for me to put down but is fun to follow along with anyway (which includes the theory that the design of the "future websites" contain codes within the colors instead of it being an aesthetic decision), y'all should check out the threads in the year zero section at Echoing the Sound.

has a bunch of stencils nin fans can abuse and get arrested over. has a great warning that pops up along with it and it links to a "messageboard" parody which is so spot-on that i it!
trent said he doesnt mean this to be marketing but a large art experiment. and the more that gets added to this thing the more i'm going along with that. it's so much fun that the album isnt starting to matter so much. and plus it's not going to live up to it because trent could never write himself out of a paper bag anyway.
if he does it'd be great. but hope against hope, here.
