This one is better overall, better composition (still not the best), better use of media it at least dosent look like the whole thing was an accident.

you still have some cheap-ass croping, and it lacks still those basic (as much as I dont like to sound like a purist) universal qualities that make something apealing to more than just other artist, for the right reasons.

more outline maybe, to make the figure jump out from the background.

From a design standpoint, your color choices are a bit off, the blue of the shirt is a little stark, and distracting
