I have no Norton or Antivirus software running...I use Mozzilla and scan with Ad-aware once in a while. I back up or copy stuff I want and wipe out my harddrive if things get too wierd.

you can get rid of viewpoint in add/remove programs. it has no value and aim doesnt need it to operate
