Identify this movie? Thread contains peanuts!

Can anybody identify a movie I saw one day in school? I don't know the year it was made, but I saw it around 1989. I think it was a horror movie by Disney.
It was about some girl who was haunted, and whenever she would see a mirror, there would be some ghost of another girl that was wearing a blindfold in the reflection.


But the thing I remember the most about it was at one point the girls mom is going to the store for peanut butter, and she asks the girl and her sister/friend what kind to get.
"Smooth!"
"Crunchy!"
"I'll get both!"

So did Watcher in the Woods have the peanut butter quote, or did I confuse that with another movie?

"Watcher in the Woods" scared the hell out of me when I was about 5!!! I guess my parent's didn't think that Disney could make such a creepy movie. The book was really good too.

I don't know what the peanut butter quote is from though.
