there's a drink down here that's pretty awful and all the messicans get pretty uppity if you mispronounce the name. it's called a michelada, pronounced mee-SHAY-yada and everyone is all snotty about it, and it's made thusly:

three parts beer (XX or Miller Lite is what is most commonly used)
one part tomato or clamato juice
add worcerstershire to taste
add tabasco to taste
add pepper to taste
add soy sauce to taste
squeeze three limes and stir well

or don't, it tastes like shit.
