The song "Of Cobwebs And Obtuse Angels" by Gentle Tasaday. Its about 12 minutes of slowly building creepiness.

My choice for entire album instead of song would be "Fair-Haired Guillotine" by Alva. Listen to it late at night in a darked room or while night driving on a rural road. It can best be described as bizarre haunted carnival music. Or maybe as the sound a band of shaved flying monkeys might make.. in your pants.

"Ave Satani" from the Omen soundtrack. I believe the original composer is Jerry Goldsmith. It doesn't get much creepier than this.

Also "The Demise of Mrs. Blaylock" from the same movie is a great one too. Actually, just get the whole damn album.
