my car has been in the shop now for 16 days
they keep finding more stuff wrong with it and have to call the stupid insurance adjuster out to cut them another check so they can order the parts, blah blah blah.
when this guy is found, i'm really tempted to sue the pants off of him. my lawyer buddy told me that i should, but he then joked that he would probably end up defending the m-fer.
funny note: i got a copy of the police report because i have connections
and the cops on the scene estimated the guys speed at 70mph. the posted speed limit is 25mph. officer jimmy harrison of the cleveland police department promised me that he would make sure this mofo got cited for everydamnthing he could come up with from the police report.
it's nice to know people.
