I wonder if this experiment inspired the song "Two Headed Dog (Red Temple Prayer)" by Roky Erickson.
"Two headed dog, two headed dog
Got me working in the Kremlin with a two headed dog"
That's the only line I can remember from the song, and a brief web search yielded nada for actual lyrics.
