I think the real danger of the Hip Hoppa is that if you ride it anywhere in public, you're going to get your ass beaten. And not just beaten, but filmed as you futilely try to hip hoppa away only to fall on your face, get beaten by the Hip Hoppa (which makes an oddly effective bludgeon), and then have it stuck up your ass.
