I only lost about three baby teeth on my own. The rest had to be pulled because my other teeth were growing behind them or something. Anyway, the dentist always told me the novocaine would wear off in about an hour or some, BUT IT DAMN NEAR TOOK A WHOLE FUCKING WEEKEND EACH TIME.
That means I couldn't eat anything that would make me bite my tongue off without me knowing, so I had to drink soup through a straw.
