Going against what I was told earler in this thread, I updated my Zune software and to my surprise it doesn't recognize my Zune as being connected. The battery will charge via the USB but everytime my computer tries to install the software (which I already manually installed) it fails and says that I need to contact the device manufacturer. Stupif fucking Zune software.
