In context it should be "porqué", I believe. And if you're trying to make an impersonal expression, which is the only way I can make sense of the second sentence, the proper way to do so is "se" followed by the 3rd-person singular conjugation of the desired verb. Furthermore, use of "ir a (infinitive)" is hugely overused in Spanish by native English speakers because of our lack of a simple future conjugation, as is the verb "comprender" which would more properly be replaced with "entender" in cases such as this.
