Anyway, I recommend:
MDK2 - Not an acryonym, that's actually the name of the game. It controls like an FPS, which takes some getting used to, but once you do you'll find one of the best 3D action games out there. If you aren't turned away by the difficulty, that is. Oh, and stay away from that bastardized PS2 port.
Elemental Gimmick Gear - A solid adventure game with gorgeous graphics.
Chuchu Rocket - Critter saving puzzler!
And while I haven't finished it yet, there's
Mars Matrix. It's a bullet hell shooter from the folks behind the Giga Wing games where you can absorb just about any shot and hurl them back at your enemies. Hard as hell though, I haven't reached the fourth boss. I really liked what I played, though.
