I made some delicious split red lentil stew, to which I added:
-Peppered cilantro
-Minced onions and garlic sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil
-Thinly-sliced carrots and celery I boiled separately while preserving the vitamin-rich water
-Sweet basil
-Lots of red pepper
-A splash of hemp seed oil for nutrition and nuttiness
Makes mouths happy.
