Gamecube and Nintendo 64 are the only consoles I have enough experience with to really form an opinion. Overall, I think I had more fun with the Nintendo 64, though the Gamecube has some damned fun games as well.
Gamecube - Eternal Darkness, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Metroid Prime and a couple others
Nintendo 64 - Mario 64, Mario Party 2, Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong 64, Rayman 2 and also a couple others
