If you could make/force someone else to make any game you wanted, what would it be?

How about a sims type game where you play as an angst filled 16 year old who hates their parents, wishes they had friends, and pretends to be someone else online. When your angst bar is completely filled, you can transform into a transvestite internet warrior. Your enemies: good taste. Your weapons: wii peripherals. Along the way you can even gain NPC allies. All based on very funny internet memes!
