I want to fess up and say I didn't read the article you posted, Kev, but only becuase I've read about eight stories on this already.

Here's my question to ANYONE following this story and it goes to how lazy and pathetic journalism has become.

For what reason have these records been sealed all this time? It's been fifty years! I'm sure at the time there were trumped up (and it turns out, totally false) claims of National Security, but it's been FIFTY YEARS!

Does this mean we'll need to wait until 2053 to find out who's being held at Camp X-ray? Or much, much longer, since there are at least some legitimate claims to National Security there? What IS it with this country and Secrecy? Why are American Citizens so complacent about being kept in the dark by their own government?
