Those twin flippy girls from Streets of Rage. Words cannot describe how much I hate them. You will never hit them because they are always jumping around or grabbing you. They can even grab you and throw you to the ground while you're jumping. The only way to attack successfully is to get one right after she lands. Of course, unless you've got someone playing with you, the other flippy girl is gonna sucker punch you.

Also, any and every civilian in an arcade railgun shooter. You know what I'm talking about. The ones that always seem to get themselves in a nasty situation and you will probably end up shooting accidently. Argh.

Argh, I know exactly who you're talking about. The only way I beat them was to keep getting killed so I could use the police car missile over and over, and then you have to fight them again on the last level where you can't use the police car missile.
