I know, I have really high expectations for working out because of my abs. I can go a year and a half without exercising and as soon as I punch on fifty curls and side twists, I'm back to ROCK-HARD STATUISM.
I ate at Chipotle today and did a body test about an hour after. I had gained 5.7 pounds
