But if it gets to the stage where the U.S. is attacking N. Korean, don't you think that the people in charge there would see the end of their regime coming already? I mean, would the U.S. honestly just blow up the reactors and say, "Okay, we've done our job here." I don't think so, especially not with Bush's sabre-rattling and the show of force in Iraq.
If North Korea is attacked they will most definitely use their nuclear weapons because they WILL see the end of their regime coming. The only place around there that they could effectively hit with a low chance of the missile being shot down is just a few hundred miles south.
I'm pretty sure that they'll want to go out with a bang.
