I saw the preview at the Dark Knight and admittedly, I've never even heard of Watchmen. But it sparked my interest and I looked it up on wikipedia to see if it'd be worth buying. Here I am now, bought the book, and just completed it. I thought it was great overall. Best graphic novel I've ever read, but I haven't read to many . I just have my doubts about the movie now. A lot of the events, especially with Dr. Manhattan will be really tough to produce on film.

do they need to storyboard a movie from a comic book? I mean it would work out if the actors literally did exactly what was pictured in each frame of the book

am I right?
