Dubya's Big Tax Cut

Our school are getting cut to the bone. My daughter's school, which is a Massahcusetts exmplar school (meaning it's ed model has won major awards) is loosing all it's para professionals, phys ed has been cut in half and there's no longer any foreign language program.

It also occurs to me that if you want to goose the economy, you should give the most money to people likely to spend it or pay off their bills.
